I find them invaluable, in addition to my CCTV.The main reason for having them is to identify and record various events, such as car restoration, birthday partiesor keeping a watch over a building project.I chose the Hiseeu model because of how impressed I was with the purchase of my Hiseeu 8 channel wifi CCT V system.The camera works straight out of the box. This version comes with a solar panel that powers the rechargeable batteries. What is particularly impressive is that the solar panel will power the camera even when its internal battery is totally flatThe picture quality is outstanding in daylight and astounding at night. The image switches to black and white, at night, but the definition and range is absolutely fantastic. Recording can be constant or Motion Detection. The output can be stored on an installed SD card, a mobile phone or the “Cloud”. A screen shot can be taken whilst the camera is in any mode.The output from the camera, as with all functions, is controlled on a mobile phone, using the free to download and use app.As with all Hiseeu products, the camera is fully covered by their “award winning” after sales support. Unrivalled help is available by phone, email or WhatsApp. I have used the service once and I can honestly say that I have never experienced service like it. I had an issue with one of my CCTV cameras. I email Jason at Hiseeu at about 6pm UK time and a brand new replacement camera was delivered to my home at exactly 9-20am the next day. Hiseeu do not guarantee that their support will always be so speedy, but they strive to be the very best.I would recommend the stand alone security camera without reservation.Michael Bishop.

Very poor. First one sent back after a short while, everything was pink on camera. Second one like the first, spends more time offline than on. Night colour vision has failed, only infra red black and white now works. I run it on usb power supply, but battery problems on the first camera as it wouldn’t charge properly, second one is better. Constantly pestered by ads to pay for data storage, which is expensive. Don’t bother with this camera, there must be better ones out there! Using it to watch birds in a nesting box so can’t change it now as it’s in use, but will be replaced by one that works for next year

After buying a front door video doorbell I had thought about ways to secure our backyard as we live on a council estate with a basketball court directly behind the house. After looking around Amazon I came across this camera and saw it was compatable with what I allready had installed so decided to buy it. And was not dissapointed when it arrived.It was easy to set up and install the the picture quality is dead on. While most wont think this is a good budget price for a camera like this I would consider it to be compared to the cost of other cameras on the market.The picture quality is brilliant esp on night vision. Motion sensor on low is so good cat set it off last night walking in front of camera looking at it and meowing to be let inside (Smart cat).Whilst I cant comment on battery life as I just had it installed i will say if your going for good budgetable security that will do the same job as the more expensive wired option you cant go wrong with this.I have also bought one of these camera's for my parents back door and they absaloutly love it and was able to set it up with little to no problem them selves

Cheap enough but really good for price. Easy set up and connection.Easy install. Has night vision but not tried it yet. Comes in good sized box for storage and has all the extras you need.

I was impressed with the product when first received, easy to set up and the app interface works well, however after 10 months of use the camera could not be detected on the app and it would not restart, no options in Amazon app for returns 😡. I will be expressing my statutory rights if purchase for a full refund.
