Yes it contains manfactured artificial sweetener - they don't hide this fact. That said, it does what it says and provides versatile flavours for milk, water or any desserts. Most importantly, it does not cause a sugar spike - so better than any sugar for the body. If you have an aversion to manufactured sugar, you may want to limit it to 1 or 2 a day. There is an alternative stevia drink out there on the market you can try

Tastes divine with soda
It tastes divine with soda, super refreshing and is sugar free so no guilt either. Best alternative for diabetics. Both my parents are diabetic so I bought it for them. They really love the taste. Recommend it to all.

It has too much of sugar free and less of lime.
I like it somewhat except for its excessive sugarfree and less of freshlime.i had to add much more fresh lime to make tast good.pl learn how to make it from my recipe.
