I purchased this chair in 2022 whilst searching for an ergonomic office chair with skate-style wheels, as I had read at the time that this type of wheel causes less damage to carpets. Three years on, in 2025, it still looks as good as new with no issues whatsoever with any component.The comfort, durability, and appearance are all exceptional. Due to the nature of my work, I spend many hours at my desk, yet I've never experienced a sore neck or back thanks to this chair's excellent ergonomic design.Recently, I contacted Customer Services after my headrest was damaged during a house move by the removal company. Despite the 3-year warranty having just expired, they kindly offered to send me a replacement headrest free of charge, which demonstrates their amazing customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction beyond the warranty period.I would highly recommend this chair to anyone seeking a quality, long-lasting office chair with exceptional after-sales support that goes above and beyond expectations.

I've had this chair for around 6 months at the time of this review. For the price, I wasn't expecting greatness - but I was wrong. It was meant to be a stopgap until I saved up for a Herman Miller. Instead, I'll be keeping this for the forseeable future. It's a very good chair, fighting way above its weight class.The lumbar support is fantastic, the headrest and tilt provide incredible comfort when having a laze, and the general sitting comfort is massive. I work from home, and then I play games, so I'm effectively in this chair ~14 hours on the average weekday. I have had absolutely no issues with pain or lack of support. For perspective I am 6ft and 120kg (just under 19 stone in the old tongue) and most chairs just cause perennial back ache. I've recommended it to several people because of how much value for money you get and how good the chair is.Now, it would be remiss of me to not mention the absolutely fabulous customer support that comes with the chair. I had an issue with the seat itself suddenly tilting to one side, so I reached out to customer support who put me in contact with the office in the UK. They proceeded to help me diagnose the issue with the chair, sending out replacement parts (for free mind you!) based on their expertise. My running assumption is there was damage in transit initially and I just didn't notice, because the repaired chair is just as good as it was when I got it. Absolutely stellar customer support, and given my experience with this chair, I have no doubt I'll be replacing the wife's chair with one from this brand eventually as well.

First, the build was tricky but I bought two at the same time and the second was done much quicker so maybe it was me, not the chair.These were a game changer in the office I share with my other half. Immediately noticed improvements to my posture and lower back pain and being able to recline and get my feet up is great.The footstool rails seize up sometimes making it a challenge getting it out but, once you're used to it's quirks, it's pretty simple.Does it feel like the sturdiest chair in the world? After two years, no. But I don't worry about it falling apart on, even after the thousands of hours I've spent sitting in it.Great chair for the price.

Bought for working at hole. Wanted comfort without spending the earth.Arrived in a large box and required assembly. This was simple enough by just following the instructions and applying common sense, please ignore the reviews saying it too hours to assemble, it didn’t. Perfectly comfortable for a 8-9 hour working day and supports my seat and back well, build quality ans overall quality is great. Looks very smart smart along with my home office decor.

I've bought cheaper chairs in the past and never been confident in their longevity, not so with this chair. Very easy to assemble, looks quality, feels sturdy, nice features such as arm raising etc. Most importantly stops me slouching and my back feels better already

Had this chair for a few years now and it’s been amazing. It’s very comfortable, cool in the summer due to the mesh back, and has stopped all the aches and pains I used to get when working from home with my old office chair. I love how I can lean back in the chair but still get great support for my back. It feels like a really expensive chair yet was priced much cheaper than others I considered. I mainly work from home, so it’s constantly used for long periods of time, yet I’ve had no issues with it.

This is the most comfortable chairs I have ever had for an office chair, And I've sat in a few over my 70yrs on this earth.It moves easily even on carpet, but it doesn't run away with you. It was easy to put together about twenty minutes, It looks good, It was the right size for me 5ft 9 In's I am just over 18.5 stone well within the weight limit but unfortunatly the stem sank that low into the base that I have to have it on the highest setting just to sit at my desk, so even though I can still use it, it won't go as high as I would like, shame, because this is the only thing that let it down, so only 4 stars I'm afraid, otherwise I love all the variables on adjustments, tilt, lock rock etc.EDITAfter just a few short months, even though I'm well within the weight limit of the chair, the stem has gone so far through the base that my knees are now above my waist, at the highest setting. This would be okay for a child to sit on but unless it was for a short adult it's no good, I'm only 5ft 9 inch tall on a good day and it is much to low for me.So I've knocked another star off for an otherwise excellent chair, what a shame.I don't quite know what to do now, maybe buy another stem? Anyway whatever i can't recommend this chair, sorry.
