Useful to have.
These mats take up no space at , but save the worktop surface.. Much better than the old metal trivets.

Purchased for use in our motorhome, great for protecting sides especially glass tops, double up as place mats and when traveling great anti rattle aid.

Decorative
These are solid and decorative, and perfect for placing hot plates on. The problem I have is I have them on my worktop and use them for anything, but I keep spilling sauce and splashing on to them. They are very hard to clean. If you run them under the tap, it becomes a golf course sprinkler, and you can't clean it with a sponge because the grooves are so small and deep. So they are amazing if you don't spill stuff on them.

Love the blue colour, like the different shapes, also keeps chopping boards from scratching the unit tops when not in use with pans.Good value for the price, strong and easily washed.
