This is my favorite eye liner it goes on smooth and stays put. Great pigment very black.

This eyeliner is fabulous and very reasonable for the price. I used to use another brand eyeliner and it was three times the price of this product. This is definitely worth the money and stays on all day and evening without having to reapply.

I don't wear a lot of makeup as it, and I wanted to add something that matched my natural dark brown features. This eyeliner is fantastic, easily applies to your skin and it's easy to take off with makeup wipes. I've had no issue with it smudging on my eyes, as it's stayed in place all day when it comes to moving around and manual labor. It is waterproof, that's true! And it stays on for at least 7 hours. You can touch it up and it looks great when re-applying. I'm going to buy this eyeliner again, especially knowing this was the first time I've bought an Elf branded product before!

Very good pencil. Moderately priced but better than more expensive ones I have tried. Saturated color, tip hasn’t broken off as with other brands.

This isn't bad, but I am slightly disappointed; my eye liner pencil was new and not damaged. I found it a bit dry and, although it said it could be used on the waterline, I find it dry, thick and slightly uncomfortable on my sensitive eyes. It doesn't run or flake, the colour is as expected. I do use it, but if I had a pencil with a finer tip and a nicer feel, I would throw this away. Mine might be a bit old, by some fluke, and my eyes are probably more sensitive than average. This pencil could work very well for some, especially people who want a thicker line along the external lash line (although don't expect to blend it out a lot). It is doing the job when I absolutely need something, though. I was just hoping for a slightly different formula.

Really love the black color but the coffee color isn't pigmented enough. Looks so very light that you can barely tell I have anything on. It goes on smooth and the black lasts all day but the coffee seemed to wear off quickly and I had to reapply it twice throughout the day.

This is my favorite eyeliner. Not too thick. Not too thin. Goes on beautifully. Love the charcoal gray color. Priced better than the competitors, too, but doesn’t break like the “other” brands!
