The Best Hot Sauce ever, goes great on everything it’s not that it’s spicy but it give an nice heat and flavor to your food that most Caribbean foods need Without being overwhelming where you can’t taste the flavor of the food. Although I get it cheaper in Brooklyn the Large bottle costs me 4 bucks I order on Amazon when I forget to pick up my bottles. The extra money is worth it to me. It’s Great even on a Plain Turkey Sandwich. Soups, Meat Marinade EVERYTHING!

I picked some of this up after one of my buddies proclaimed it to be the best hot sauce of all time. Best of all time? Not really, but in my opinion it is very good, especially if you like the flavor of scotch bonnet peppers. The Matouk's sauce really does a good job of purveying the flavor and heat of the scotch bonnet peppers without much additional fluff. It's pretty hot but the heat is just tame enough to be edible on a regular basis. It is relatively thick which is a plus for me - used as a topping it stays put, but easily mixes into foods if you want to give a whole dish some zing. Overall it's a great sauce and I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

This hot sauce is good. I enjoy it on my Jamaican red snapper dishes. Hard to find scotch bonnet peppers in my area.
