These are very thin like others have stated. As long as you don’t have giant hands, I don’t think that is much of an issue. They are also a little sharp on the rat tail so I wouldn’t recommend for young ones, but I have stabbed my self with plastic rat tail comes in the past, so I’m not sure that is a product problem. The comes work well, the first time I used one was in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. They did pull my hair a lot, but after realizing that was my first time using a comb in over a week, I gave it a pass. After detangling, it stopped pulling. I’m not sure how it will hold up long term because it is so thin, but I have very thick hair and it did not bend of break for me. I have had cheaper comes so this immediately in the past. Time will tell how it holds up, but for a couple of metal combs that take up no drawer space, I would recommend giving these a shot.

These are thin and with heavy hair will bend and I would not get these again for my wife. But my thin hair they still bend but not too bad.

I really wanted to like these combs, I thought they would be a great alternative to cheap plastic combs that would break quickly, but unfortunately these did not work for me. They are made of sturdy metal but they are way to sharp and rough on my hair. They don't detangle hair well (or at all really) and will just rip it out. Also any product your put in your hair like hairspray, dry shampoo, leave in conditioner will cling to the comb as you run it through your hair, it's gets gross and gunky with just one use!! Can't use the rat tail to part hair either, it's just way too sharp, returned these and will be looking for something gentler.

One solid piece! I couldn't find a solid metal comb, only plastic with a metal rat tail. These are great! All metal but not sharp or damaging to my hair.

I wanted a metal rat tail comb, and this was the first one I found listed, so I jumped. I am somewhat disappointed, though I suppose I shouldn't be given the low price. This comb seems to have been stamped out of a flat piece of metal. The edges are sharp, and the metal is quite thin, meaning that the handle is thin and not easy to hold on to with comfort. The comb part works fine, but the handle is very low budget and has no ergonomic contouring to make it suitable for prolonged use because it is so thin and sharp edged. I would not buy again.
