Stainless - and sharp!
My Rapala battery operated fillet knife came with coated blades. I like plain stainless, so I bought this.A pleasure to use! Stainless, yes, but also incredibly sharp and with the right tip that's sometimes required when cleaning fish.Quality! Don't hesitate to purchase. I'll get another ser - if this one ever wears out . . .

Fit and work as they should! We filet a lot of fish and they are still sharp!

The blades came very quickly and they fit my electric knife perfectly. They are every bit as sharp as the original blades. Top quality blades for sure, and not expensive at all.

Great knife
Extra sharp blades that fit an excellent electric knife. I filet a lot of fish and the blades will last at least a year before showing any sign of dulling.
