I am on my second bottle. I don't eat gluten very often, but when I go somewhere that I know I will be I take these with me. I take two shortly before I eat, they are easy to swallow, and really do prevent stomach discomfort. Due to the effectiveness, they worth the price. Lets be honest, nobody wants you around when your bloated and gassy.

I have something wrong that I have yet to get diagnosed, but was told by a friend to cut out gluten. Thats a hard ask for me since I snack all the time and am often on the go abroad with little choice to avoid it. This doesnt cure all my symptoms, but definitely took away my intense stomach pains I used to get! They would be to the level that a simple sandwich would make me double over nearly in tears at times... every single time I ate something high in gluten (looking back on it is easier to notice it was gluten...). Now I just have a regular, painless bowel movement if I eat one before a meal/snack. Not total freedom, but on the right path.It works best if you stay well hydrated and eat a balanced diet! Junk in means junk out, both mentally, physically, and in your waste. It will help with some parts if you are gluten sensitive, but you do need to take care of your body, this is NOT A CURE ALL!

I am a military member who just recently (months ago) realised I have an intolerance to gluten. It explains a lot of symptoms I have had throughout my life, and also why my weight was so much more difficult to control than other people's. Since I am in the military, I have to be careful how I do my diet, and whom I speak to of my condition, because I am at risk of discharge due to it. My intolerance isn't incredibly bad. I do feel the majority of symptoms, but it seems they are somewhat affected by amounts I take in. Soy sauce provides usually just some abdominal discomfort, and pasta just ergs me like hell.Bottom line is, this "GlutenEase" works wonders for me. I take one after any meal I eat out, and it digests the gluten before I can have symptoms usually. If I have something with more, I take two (one before, and one after). I have gone as far as eating a bowl of Ramen here in Japan (just to test this out) and by consuming 4 pills, I received about half an hour or so of discomfort, but it went away quickly due to the enzymes working it's magic.I appreciate having this, and if I receive a deployment down range, I will be sure to take a couple of bottles with me. This product may have saved my career.

I bought these for my daughter. Some other gluten enzymes that she tried seam to work just as well and are less expensive.

I’m gluten sensitive so have struggled for decades to find food to safely enjoy. Now I can relax and eat what everyone else has without worrying where the nearest bathroom was. Eating at restaurants and friend’s houses is no longer the stressful experience it used to be.

I have been Gluten Free for over 10 years. I was so excited to discover this product. Started out very slowly. I was scared to death to eat anything with Gluten because it would really upset my gut for days. I have been using this for over 3 months and have had everything from pizza to hamburgers to waffles and pancakes with absolutely no gut issues at all. Item pictured in listing states 60 capsules, received item that is a bottle of 21 capsules. No way to return, replace or rectify this issue. Have not yet tried for effectiveness but price paid for 21 capsules that should have been 60 is misleading.
