Cheap and effective
These pinch off 1/2 irrigation tubing. If you drag the hoses around they do move though so I wrap some electrical tape over the 2 pieces ahead of the clamp.

Works but ... just use a zip tie
Price is right, function is ok, not as tight as I'd want it to be, it basically just keeps the hose kinked. You can do the same with a zip tie, and tighten as much as it makes you feel comfortable.

These figure 8 end fittings work great. They are used to close the end of 1/2" garden irrigation line making them water tight. Over several years, I've used many of these end fittings and none of them have ever failed. It's also great that they are reuseable.I do recommend this product.
