WORKS! And Mollies are Fine
Tried Metroplex and Kanoplex for a while with no change in Ich symptoms. Used Ich-X for a few days and noticed results right away. Completely irradicated Ich.

A must have for fish keepers
I used to use seachem Paraguard as part of my quarantine process. Ich-x has now replaced paraguard. I recently had an outbreak of Ich in my quarantine tank. Paraguard would have taken too long to take effect and I couldn't wait that long for this level of ich. Especially when treating rummy nose tetras that are notoriously susceptible to disease. Glad to report that the ich has mostly been contained. Be warned this stuff does stain.

Haven't used it yet. Keeping it on hand in my medicine cabinet.
I ended up with a bad breakout in my pond after winter. Horrible parasites and bacterial infection which took me months to get rid of and I still have a couple fish that have the parasites but I also have a huge Pond and my goldfish and koi are between 15 and 20 years old so I've actually been really scared to use a lot of products. I have cleared up a few of them but I haven't been consistent because I'm scared to death to overmedicate or kill them. So you know I've tried quite a few things and this isn't one of them that I've actually tried yet just because of all the chemicals and I haven't really noticed my fish having it. It was more parasites and worms the which led to bacterial infection so I ended up using other products that weren't is hard on them. But it's also taking me a long time to get them healthy and I'm constantly monitoring them and doing partial water changes everyday and really working hard to get them healthy and I even have a couple that are blind and I mean these fish are between 8 and 17 inches big. I've had them so many years and never had a single problem and then built a new pond they spent all last summer in it went through winter and coming out of winter we had one 70 degree day and that 70 degree day just did something and from that moment I just had huge problem and I'm not really even sure still what it was but I've redone the filter and thought I better filter and everything that I can possibly do to make sure my Fisher Okay only had one died and that was in the very beginning who was actually blind and really sunk in and just not well. But so far the rest of them are good. But when you have fish for between 15 and 20 years who are huge you don't really want to give up on them that easy.

This stuff easily saved my fish
I was panicked when I saw the spots, and by the time this arrived I had lost a couple. But from the first treatment onward did not lose any more. I had initially been using super ich cure in my heavily planted tank because it was a available locally, and ich-x seems much less toxic. It requires half the amount also, and doesn't tint the water to the same degree. Consistent application following the instructions on the bottle and a week later my tank was ich free and recovering.

ICH X WORKS - AVOID API SUPER ICH CURE
ICH X WORKS!I have four guppies. The males are agressive darting swimmers, totally white in color, which made it impossible to diagnose their ich early on. One of the males started to exhibit slight pop in one eye. Then I noticed light spotting on the fins. I quickly ordered APIs SUPER ICH CURE, and began treating them right away.I turned off the aquarium lights, removed carbon from the filtering system, added the correct amount of aquarium salt, cranked up the temperature to 84 degrees, and followed all of APIs instructions to the letter. After using their 48 hour treatment method, the ich did not drop and die.I watched videos and read articles about ich. Most content mentioned that, "ich looks worse before it gets better," but this is somewhat false information if you're patiently following manufacture instructions. Yes, ich will progress and look bad even while medicating, but you should see a notable change in your fish long before the last treatment (if you're warming the water etc. to excite the ich). While using APIs SUPER ICH CURE I ordered ICH-X , because the treatment was not going very well, and I wanted a backup plan. After doing all of APIs 48 hour SUPER ICH CURE cycles, there was no improvement. I was not going to follow APIs instructions, put new carbon in the system, and pretend that something good would happen. Things had gotten worse, all four fish were coated with ich (one of the females was very pregnant too). Somehow, the ich survived APIs regimen!I did another partial water change (half), and switched to ICH-X. It has a 24 hour treatment cycle schedule, instead of APIs 48 hour. After two days of treating my fish with ICH-X, the ich is gone. I am still going to continue treating them for a few more days, with water changes. But, it's clear that the ich released to reproduce, and died when being treated with ICH-X. My female guppy gave birth last night, finally comfortable enough to do so after the ich detached from her.I'm not sure if it was product concentration (or APIs SUPER ICH CURE 48 hour dosing vs ICH-X's 24) that made the difference, but it doesn't matter. If consumers follow product directions and the product does not work, it's a problem. API's SUPER ICH CURE did NOT WORK when used as directed. ICH X WORKS!
