Ispring Afx3 Water Filter 3Inch Faucet Stem Extender For 1/4Inch Tubing

Upon installing my faucet I realized my counter was to thick for the stock pipe to reach. Big Problem.After some research it became apparent iSpring could help me, maybe.I called iSpring and was connected to Don, a very informative solution minded individual.He suggested their extension, and a few days later I had it. Bingo ! Worked like a charm, beautiful machining and most important the correct threads. I cannot recomend this company enough born "In The U.S.A." and manufactured here as well. Needed one on hand. Just what I wanted

iSpring does not sell any of the faucets with this connector anymore per their support line. I had just bought a new iSpring kit and neither the faucet that came with it nor an upgraded finish had a long enough stem to go thru our granite countertop.**Support really went out of their way to help me find a solution to getting my new faucet mounted. I recommend you reach out to them before purchasing the extender.**

I spent on the extender as my countertop is thicker and the iSpring faucet would not fit. There is not much instructions and I am missing the washers in the picture. Not sure what parts I got is what it should be. I have a 3/8 water line and I have gone to numerous stores to look for a connector from the water line to the extender.

No choice but to give this a top rating. When you have a countertop that is thick, this item either makes or breaks the whole deal. It would be nice if they would just make the faucet with a longer stem to begin with. It creates the question: Is this the plan to squeeze an additional $10 sale? Answer: Whatever iSpring. Why not have your manufacturer make the stem a couple of inches longer. If it results in being too long for some, they could always cut it to size with a hack saw. Do I state the truth or what? Meanwhile, here's your extra 10 bucks.
