The wall mount came off as I adjusted it. The glass isn't glass, it is plastic, The wood looks cheap and the corner joints are badly machined. This product does not fit the description "quality" as implied in the description

This looks great in the pictures and I thought it would be a perfect frame for an A3 picture that was a birthday gift. Sadly when it arrived, not only did it come in flimsy cardboard (not the secure packaging they say) but the frame is far thinner than the website image suggests - i should have looked more closely as it does state 38mm but the image used shows a frame far thicker, and it looks a nice natural oak colour, not what came out of the box - very misleading. I would return it but need something. Wouldn't buy again, not worth the £35

Mountboard is so loose fitting it has to be taped in place and centred so it does not look uneven when viewed. Will not buy again. Also space cut in mountboard is not A5 as advertised. Shoddy product. Frustrating - wish I'd read the latest reviews.

I love it! The wood / frame looks good qualityBe aware that there is a film on BOTH sides of the plastic protection, it is really thin and easy to miss but once pilled off, the plastic (though only plastic and not glass) does a great job

Not the colour or chunky frame shown in the picture. As it's "solid oak", I expected it to be heavier and a richer colour. I will need to stain and varnish it, at the moment it looks and feels like cheap pine.

Frame was finished with a poor quality replication of oak and contained a flimsy, cheap piece of plastic instead of glass or plexiglass. To cap it all off, had to pay for the return postage for this piece of rubbish!

For the price I was disappointed with the quality of this frame. Wooded frame not as chunky as I thought and it’s not even glass. Thin sheet of plastic, would return but need it to complement another gift.

Great quality, very easy to use whilst remaining solid. I love it and will definitely get more of these.
