Works without a mouse matt. Very comfortable. All the buttons work perfectly. Batterys are still going strong after 5 months. I would buy another one.

Worked okay for a couple of months but kept loosing connection and scroll wheel glitching out

I’ve been using this Amazon basics mouse for a couple of months now, and I’m genuinely impressed. I primarily use it in my office, and it feels really comfortable in my hand. At home, I use a Logitech MX Master 3, and honestly, this mouse for just £10 is nearly as good. The adjustable DPI is a nice touch, making it versatile for different tasks. I haven't run into any issues since I started using it. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option, this mouse is definitely worth considering!

A good value purchase. I had previously used a UGREEN wireless mouse that, after 5 years of daily use at work had given up the ghost. I needed a quick replacement and so I turned to Amazon.Price: As expected the pricing was very good.Quality: It is not as good as my UGREEN mouse in terms of the overall feel but it is a solid choice and I think at this price it is as good as you could reasonably expect.The scroll wheel is good, just enough weight when scrolling so as to avoid that cheap mouse feel.Functions: I have been able to move around a room using the scroll wheel and the connectivity is not an issue. Connectivity has never been an issue, I turn the mouse on and it connects near enough instantly.DPI adjustment is fine and I have had no issue finding the correct one for be.In terms of battery life it is too early to say but should it turn out to be bad I will update this review.Why did I give it a 4* given it's price/performance? I think Amazon Basics sometimes trades off being 'as good as the other brands but for a lower price'. In this case my 4* are to show that it is good but if you are buying it because you think it is better than extremely similar styled mice by others then it isn't quite there.
