My father has very poor eyesight, AND needs to get up in the night several times. This lamp allows him to have light when he needs to get up, but not have a night light on the entire night. It is perfect for him. Also, my mom is very uptight about matchy-matchy decor, and this is simple and purposeful, so she approves. It really is a lifesaver for my dad to be able to just reach out and have a light come on. These touch lamps are not easy to find, and this is a great one.

I cannot recommend this lamp enough. Yes, you will need to purchased the bulbs separately, but they are easily found at Walmart. We purchased these to use in our nursery, as we knew there would be some late night feedings and didn't want to turn on the ceiling light and light up the whole room. I was so surprised by the dimming power of these lamps. They really do have a low, medium, and high setting and it IS as easy as touching the base to turn it on. I use these lamps every day and am so thankful that I found them.

These are a very nice light. Reading the description I though I would be able to touch the light and cycle between off and on without going through the different dimming settings; however, there is an actual switch in the cord going to the light that you can turn off or on. Switch is completely worthless. If you touch the light it goes from off, low, med, high, off ... I was hopping if I had the light on low I could touch it to turn it off without cycling through med and high but I was wrong. Still a very nice light a very good touch capabilities.

Could be larger. I knock off the nightstand easily.

I ordered two of the touch control lamps for my daughter’s room. It’s a perfect fit to her room as they are a little smaller in size but fit the standard size light bulbs.Another aspect that I like about these lamps is the touch control. I don’t have to pull the string of the lamp anymore so will not be afraid the little “click”sound will wake my one year old up when I put her down for the night as she is a light sleeper.It’s also very easy to resemble. It’s a good product in general.

Pleased with this lamp. Does what it supposed to do. Just make sure you use a dimmable led bulb with it. Made the mistake of using a regular led bulb, and it would go into a strobe light mode at lowest setting. Not the products fault. Anyhow I would recommend this lamp, if you need a nightstand lamp.

I bought this lamp for my mother who has arthritis and has problems with conventional lamp switches, specially those that need to be twisted to turn-on. This lamp not only is pretty (simple lines) but it is practical, with several brightness levels and turn off and on with just a touch of the base! My mother couldn't be happier an it is a peace of mind for me since I have my mother handling the lights without pain or need of assistance. Thank you for a great system!

Simple design yet nice and doesn’t take up too much space. I liked the 3-brightness setting, although not that much of a difference between 2nd and 3rd brightness. Easy to use, the touch control works great.
