Got this for my wife’s S&W since she thought the factory grip was ugly. She loves the color which matches her Coach purse and the feel which she says is more comfortable especially when shooting. I was impressed with the quality of construction and the ease of installation.I wasn’t familiar with the manufacturer but am very pleased with our purchase and would recommend to others.

I've got it on my wife's smith and Wesson j frame model 642 and it fits great, it didn't take any time to install and she loves the color. The color in the picture is a little darker than the actual item, it's more of a mint blue which is what she wanted

Easy to install, my wife actually did the install since its for her revolver. She was super excited and happy with the product and the new look her gun has.

This fit my Smith&wesson model 640 PERFECTLY! This grip is amazing. Hogue makes GREAT products. This is the second gun I’ve owed with Hogue grips installed, and the the feel is like no other. So comfortable! You will not be disappointed.

The color is a lighter turquoise than the picture shows, but that is exactly what I wanted. It fits my S&W 642 perfectly too, even though that particular model is not listed on the box. Well worth the $20 as it looks a hundred times better now than it did with the original black grip. Very happy with my purchase!

This grip was very easy to install, especially when using the Hogue grip tool. This is not as "tall" as some other grips, so it will never be the most comfortable, but it is a massive improvement over the stock grip both in form and function.

I bought this to put on a S&W J-frame Chief's Airweight to make it easier for my daughter to control. Which it does. The grip feels great in your hand, but the fit to the gun frame isn't quite right. At the bottom of the butt there is a pin that runs across the frame and sticks out on both sides to fit into corresponding holes in the grip/s. Hogue's excellent instructions say to insure that this pin is centered evenly, which I did. Then you use a spacer they provided to hold the grip opening apart while you slide it in from the butt end upward. There is a channel in the grip in which that pin rides. The instructions say to slide it up "using a radial motion," towards the top of the frame "until the stock pin snaps into the corresponding internal stock pin holes" in the grip. I did that and got no snap. Maybe the pins are a bit longer than Hogue must have expected, because the it was difficult to get the grips all the way up, and it doesn't fit tightly against the rear of the frame. I can still see the pins visible in the openings on both side of the frames. The instructions do say to squeeze the grip side together until it fits tightly against the frame. Do they mean to put it in a vise and cause the pins to sink down into the rubber? Maybe. I tried squeezing as hard as I could manually but the pins don't seat. Guess I'll try to remove the grips and start over. Maybe I can see where the pins are supposed to "snap" into. But removing it won't be easy.

So far so good. Easy to install. Made well.
