Product works but the strap is way too small for the average American male’s forearm. I’d recommend Bauerfeind’s other product, the Sports Band, which fits larger forearms and has better adjustability due to its “Boa” twist knob adjustment system.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis, and Bauerfeind braces and wraps are my go-to because of their high quality and comfort.A few years ago, I had surgery to repair my common extensor tendon in my right elbow. Now I think my left one is torn, so I needed a brace based on my rheumatologist's recommendation. I purchased and Ace strap, but it wasn't comfortable and had an awkward air pouch for pressure on the tendon, so I purchased the Bauerfeind strap because of the quality and comfort. While it is loads better than the Ace, this one isn't perfect. This strap helped me continue my weight training, while I strengthened up a forearm injury. It felt comfortable to use, is well made and I’m injury free.

If you have large forearms, this isn't the product for you.If you have a very good size forearm, you will need assistance buckle.

Outstanding. I've tried 2 other elbow braces from Amazon that were highly rated. This one has proven to be the best. I hesitated to purchase given the cost, but I've used Bauerfeind braces for my knee to great effect and when the other braces weren't working, I decided to give this one a try.I use this for tennis and it has worked dramatically better than other braces. I do have some concerns that over time the 5 point pad may wear down, but having used this for the last couple of weeks, I can easily say this has allowed me a free range of motion without pain that I didn't have earlier.

Bought this base on my friends recommendation to support my elbow from tennis elbow pain. Wearing this has no effect. It either loose or tight. Never stays on right point. Keeps moving. So far i feel no effect. Really bad piece.
