Probably the definitive book on daily business management. Packed with practical wisdom and choices that one can relate to. A book one can keep referencing through ones career. Will need two highlighters, because you'll run out of ink on the first.. it's that good!

There is no doubt this is one of the best book i have came to know. Simple language and interesting examples make this book stand out.I do wish that amazon starts including bookmarks with book purchases. I regularly purchase books, but they have stopped sending bookmarks for quite a time.

Andy Grove is a legendary manager of his era and you can see it in the book that how he managed the company and got the best out of his people. The book is a grandaddy of all management book. All stuff no fluff kinda super book. Don't think about it, just buy it!

This book was written 6 years before I entered the work force, I feel sad that I got to read it now, although I had read Andrew Grov’s other masterpiece, Only the Paranoid survive! This is a must read for anyone who is entering the workforce especially those in technical or shop floor functions. What Andrew wrote 30 years ago remains relevant today also.

This book is helpful in understanding what makes great organisations great. It takes the reader through business scenarios, to understand the concept in depth.

Besides Microsoft and Google his was the company to cross 100 billion $ in revenue. If you intend to lay down foundation for a great organisation this is the manua.

A good read but not a great one. Simple language, nice approach but looks an old school book. Still recommended. I had heard a lot about it and I can't really give 5 stars which I thought will be able to give. Thanks!
