Arrived on time, used first time today, easy to use and stayed in place , I'll advise anyone using these for the first time to research to see how to use them properly regarding the tightness you need to have them at , too slack you'll not benefit from them but too tight can cause damage to muscle and nerves , also use lighter weights than usual when using them to achieve results and search for set and rep guidance, I used slightly lighter weights and did 4 sets , 1st set x 30 reps then 3 sets at 15 reps and I felt the burn doing it this way which is one of the recommended guides .
