I get these specifically for very dry gritty eye's which plagued me. Everyday I suffered at some stage very dry itchy tired eyes. The worst aspect was loosing close vision not being able to focus my eyes on text etc. I have left it a couple of weeks but now feel I can say without doubt my eye's are less dry, and less gritty, I noticed a change very quickly, they feel more moist round edges. The bonus has been a very noticeable shift in the clarity of all vision. I can say they are working for me. Ps I started on two a day, now trying one a day.

By experimentation i've found that about 10mg once a week helps my dry eye condition quite dramatically. However I end up undoing the capsules and throwing away 90% of the contents to do this.

My problem was dry eyes, I have been taken them for the last three weeks I do non't use eyes drops any more, articulation pain a bit better.

Having stiff, clicky joints, with OA, I was interested in the suggestion this product would promote replacement of synovial fluid. Three months on, there is no improvement.I conclude it's not working for me, and would advise further research before spending your money.

I have been taking HA for a year and half and opened this bottle and it smelled so weird and terrible. I've ordered this brand before and don't remember such a pungent odor. Is there a new formulation? The bottle is opaque rather than clear. Is it made of some new plastic that smells awful? Not a fan anymore. Had to throw it out.

I initially bought these to help with dry eyes and creaky joints, but was also interested in how my skin would be affected as I’m a beauty therapist and just turned 50. After about 10 days I noticed an improvement in my dry eyes, I no longer need to put drops in before bed. My knee & ankle joints no longer make noises when I shift my weight while performing massage treatments. Now been taking them for approx 4 weeks and I would say there has been a reduction in fine lines under my eyes and across the cheek bones. I will update the review in due course.
