Good Product, but no instructions
Product works well as advertised once installed. However, there are no directions included. Go to You Tube for directions on how to make adjustments if you are unsure.

Great Sprinkler Heads at a Great Price
Needed to go through an entire 10-zone sprinkler system with most heads that wouldn't pop up (or down). These were inexpensive and made it simple to revive this old sprinkler system.

Sent used product
I have mixed feelings on this. We were sent a product initially that was clearly used. It was broken, there was dirt in the bag, and it was missing an item. After getting a late replacement, we were finally able to get them installed. Now they are installed we noticed one of the heads is broken. The other four seem to be doing just fine though. This is probably a shipping issue more than just a product issue though.
