ease of use
Like this multimeter a lot. Does everything and more for my personal use.I do like the min/max feature particularly on car batteries when starting so you can observe the drop in voltage .I like to select switch for different functions and it feels quality . The leads are quit soft and flexible.Definitely a great addition to the work bench but I gave still kept 2 other multimeters in other tool kits but this one is quickly becoming my favourite.Remember this is my opinion only but for DIY and maybe some professional use its a nice unit at a reasonable price. Shame about not having protective case.

Decent meter, big display, and separate current ports
For ages I've had one of those cheap multimeters, and I really fancied something a bit more capable - this did not disappoint. I got it, the Khanka Hard Case, and the separate test leads kit all together as a gift to myself. While I might have loved to own Fluke, this one does what I need without breaking the bank!It comes with enough stuff to be immediately very good, though I prefer the test leads from the separate kit - the stock ones are fine and still come with removable tip shrouds (so you don't accidentally short between component legs so easily). The display is nice and big, and there's no problem with viewing angle. The backlight is electroluminescent or similar, so it's a good uniform blue to read off.The built-in stand is nice and steady, but it can jam sometimes when folding back in. There's an integrated magnetic strap too, which I've not had to use yet but which is very good at picking up steel grinding dust from the workbench. While the test leads are all properly shrouded for safety, you can also plug in regular 4mm banana leads if you're doing a hookup on a bench (the separate test leads kit comes with spring clip leads with stacking banana connectors, which can be really handy for certain setups). One feature I bought this specifically for is that the current measurement ranges all use separate connectors - so there's never a situation where the voltage test ports are shorted together. So long as you're methodical and always return your leads to the main input, you're unlikely to accidentally blow up fuses (or equipment). There are two separate current connections and both are separately fused; there is no unfused range. The current shunts are somewhere around 100mΩ (A connector), 1Ω (mA setting) 100Ω (µA setting).

A decent budget multimeter!
I bought this as a spare, in case I need a simple multimeter for testing or small projects. This multimeter is obviously not a High-end meter but with a wide range of functionality - it is a great choice for its price when it comes to doing Home electrical, Automotive (12vdc) electrical troubleshooting, Heater/Boilers troubleshooting (24vac), Solar installation testing and troubleshooting (12-48vdc), etc.· It has a nice and useful magnetic hanger.· It has a stand for the multimeter to stay up (unfortunately, it is a bit fragile - open it carefully).· Easy to use, compact, and has easy to read display. This is not the meter I would use to make sensitive electronics, fine adjustments of electrical components, computer work, etc. - for computer work/repairing motherboards/sensitive components - I prefer something more expensive, multifunctional and more accurate.👉 This meter is also nice because if you accidentally damage it or lose it you are not out much money.✔ Pros:+ Build Quality is OK for the price+ Big screen + Backlit+ Easy to Use+ Affordable✖ Cons:- Fragile kickstand- ’’Glow’’ effect on the right side of the screen- Rigid switch- Beep, Beeep, BEEP (lots of beeping)The reason I am giving this multimeter 4 stars is because the issues with this meter are really not issues to me, or rather: they are not so significant for my purposes - because the situations that cause those issues can usually be worked around and 99% of the things, I use this meter for work accurately and rapidly.Overall, I think this is okay for a lot of home uses especially for the price. I would probably buy a much better meter if I needed something for a professional job.↘ ↘ ↘If you found this review helpful, please show some love by clicking the "Helpful" button below. It really helps me to know which of my reviews you like and find useful.Thank you and Have a great day!
