Got what I paid for can't get coffee smell out though

I bought this to take on a month long trip to Europe. I live that is collapses into a small size and fits easily in my back pack. It’s not exactly a large cup (holds about 1 bottle of water) but it works great for me to mix protein shakes. Very easy to clean and so far has held up well for about 6 weeks of use. No leaks. I travel for work so it’ll be going with me all the time.

I am doing meal replacement shakes for lunch as well as MCT powder two times a day. That's three shakes every day. I really needed a blender bottle that I could take to work. Ideally, it would collapse to fit in my backpack AND would store one scoop of the meal replacement powder. The MCT powder comes in packets that I can carry, but the meal protein powder comes in a huge container that I want to leave at home.This bottle provides everything I need. It is a fantastic blender bottle for the portability and convenience of storing the meal powder and the wire mixer ball. When the bottle is fully collapsed there is a pocket at the bottom that is big enough to hold the blender ball. I found that you can just put the powder in that pocket, squish down the mixer ball on top, then screw on the lid.The collapsed cup can be thrown into your purse or backpack, no problem. And inside is your powder and the mixer ball, all ready for you to just add water!The tricky part is figuring out how to expand the bottle once you are at work. If you simply screw off the lid and expand the bottle you will get powder blowing all over the place. I discovered the process is:1. Carefully pop open the plastic piece over the sipping hole so that the bottle gets just a little air inside to "breathe." If you don't give it this little bit of air, the bottle can't expand.2. Hold the bottle in an upright position and grasp the bottom and pull down slowly but firmly.3. Keep pulling until the bottle is completely expanded.4. Gently unscrew the entire lid from the top of the bottle.5. Pour water into the bottle in the amount recommended for your mixture. (Remember, the powder and ball are already in the bottom).5. Put the lid back on, make sure the plastic is closed over the sipping hole, and shake up your water/powder mixture.One very important note: this cup does NOT hold 20 fluid ounces of liquid. I used three different measuring cups and none of them corroborate this amount. Ultimately, I used a standard 12 fluid ounce soda can to verify... this holds maybe 14 fluid ounces if you completely fill the bottle up. Since you need to have space for the powder plus leave a little space at the top of the container for shaking and blending, I highly recommend that you fill this cup with 10 to 12 fluid ounces max.The cup is easy for me to clean at work, I just rinse it out with running water. Sometimes I have to shake it up with clean water and the mixing ball to get some powder gunk that sticks to the bottom. After cleaning, I turn it upside down on the counter on top of a paper towel. In 30 minutes, it's dry enough for me to push down on the bottom and collapse it to put away.For the price, this collapsible bottle is the absolute best choice for someone needing a portable powder blending solution. Just note that it can only hold up to 12 fluid ounces.

This protein shaker is convenient since you can collapse it carry it in a gym bag, but be careful while cleaning, all the crevices for the collapsing can hold gunk. May not be an issue if your putting it in a dish washer, but for those of us that have to hand wash, it requires a little extra attention.

We took these in our backpacks to Utah. They were perfect for mixing our water with electrolytes. It mixed fast with the mixer ball. They also were perfect for our hot Gatorade in the evening. Yes, we forgot our coffee back at base camp! They were not hard to hold even with very hot liquids.They smash right down to packable size when finished. The group highly recommends these!

The bottle collapses well, but it has a rubber base which means the walls of the bottle are not firm enough to handle shaking from protein. Squeezing the bottle even a little will cause leakage and water to pour out.

It is very nice it’s quite sturdy I hope it is 300 mL because that’s all I’m allowed special deit &. It shakes up well & wash well. I really should measure the millilitre. It fits great in my walker so when I go to the mall & I can have my lunch packet in my shaker

Got this to keep in my suitcase I travel a lot and wanted something to mix my coffee/protein shake in the mornings.Works great. For cool mixes of wake water it’s perfect.Just make sure you’re not putting really hot liquid in it. It’s silicone and can get pretty toasty to hold.
