Its easy to put into position and comfortable. I didn't buy this due to snoring can't speak to that. Didn’t work for me. It’s rather easy to use. Comfort level is ok, it does lead to dry mouth and dry lips. Nevertheless, it didn’t stop my snoring. Mouth tape and nasal strips work better for me.

I love this simple little device! It works to stop my snoring, stop my teeth grinding, and i don't wake up with my mouth dry up like a cotton ball. I've used many "moldable" dental guards costing $50-75, and one custom guard from the dentist. This one is simple and effective, keeping my tongue up and encouraging me to breathe through my nose. The little "handle" and neck rope keep me from misplacing it in the morning or losing it during the night.

I snore-and sometimes loudly. I have tried numerous tools to stop snoring, from tape (over the mouth-some success) jaw mask ( a disaster) mouth guards and now this device. The good news, it seems to work, however I have yet to have the device in my mouth for a full night. For me, it makes it difficult to sleep. Maybe with more practice I will have better results. The package contains a nice traveling case. Two mouth guards-one for daytime and one for the evening. The day time teaches you how to have nasal breathing (better for your health) and the mouth guard for the evening, which contains a string necklace. At night, I wear the device without the necklace to prevent any type of strangulation. I refuse to have a CAP machine, pray I will have better success with this device.
