As for the device. It is definitely a beginner device to learn on without breaking the bank. As for the warranty. I did have an issue with the batteries. With one phone call. Didnt leave a message or anything. I got a call back and was resolved with no questions asked.

I purchased the Bwine 7 mini SE. The drone was of a solid build. It was easy to set up with great instructions for a beginner. When attempting to land it, it flipped upside down causing one of the rear motors to stop running.I reach out to Customer Support. Mary was very quick to respond, after a few emails back & forth. To my surprise and delight Mary said they/manager would send me a full replacement.Mary was very easy to work with and the outcome couldn't have been better.Thank you,Monte

Being new to drone flying, the Bwine mini was perfect starter. Instructions were easily followed and I was airborne soon after setup. The picture included was my first attempt and I am very pleased. As with any electronic device problems may occur but the support I received was very helpful. I would recommend this drone. Happy flying.

Could not be more unhappy with this drone. Out flying for the second time. Was controlling the drone at about 20 yards away. Started to feel a little uncomfortable so I pressed the return to home button. The drone then went straight up, turned the other direction and zoomed off. I watched helplessly as the drone went farther and father away and refused any other commands. Eventually it disappeared from sight. I used the locate drone feature but unfortunately the thing flew a quarter mile away and into a grove of tall trees. I can only presume the drone was somewhere 100+ feet above my head in a tree. I couldn't see it and it would not respond or make a sound. The thing should beep or something when it's lost. What a piece of junk. If you want to spend money and lose this thing by all means buy it...otherwise I'd say steer way clear!I am also able to use the flight log and prove that it went crazy.
