I have been using monk fruit extract for over a year, and I have also used every other sweetener. The two that I have settled with are monk fruit and stevia extracts (100%). The bad reviews for both of these products both have taste as issues. Both don't taste like sugar, because they are not sugar. Many people are so used to sugar that any thing different gets a bad review. If someone thinks that stevia or monk fruit tastes bad and leaves a bad review, then they are doing a disservice to other customers and to the seller of the product.- People complain about the packaging. Okay, I get it, the inner liner wasn't sealed. It is probably very difficult to get a liner to stick when the container has a powdery ingredient. The seller may be a small company with limited resources and is doing their best to offer a good product at a reasonable price.- Bad taste. Okay, but it tastes like monk fruit. I venture to say that if you equate sugar to sweet, then almost nothing else can be sweet. I like monk fruit because it adds a good taste to my yogurt, oatmeal, home made chocolates, and almost any food that I use it in. I tend to use monk fruit in food, not in drinks. Mainly, because it cost more than stevia (this product will change that as it is a very good price)- Doesn't dissolve in liquid easily. True, it does not. One of the reasons I use it in food and not liquids. But it does dissolve very well in melted cocoa butter. And, if I smoosh the little blobs against the side of the glass, then they will break up and dissolve in my tea or warm lemon juice.- Not that much. Not true. In my photo I break an 8 oz container into 4 oz mason jars, and I ended up with 6.5 jars full. That's 26 fl oz. That is so much more that a differ vendor's for just a little bit more money, and with the subscription discount, the cost is about the same. That's value.- The after taste. Yes, there is an after taste. Most things that we eat do have an after taste, but we don't notice it, because we are used to the taste. Frist time coffee, agh. After taste, yes. But, i love coffee and love the after taste. A piece of white bread. No after taste, because really no taste. Sugar. Yes, aftertaste, but we are used to it because we have eaten it our entire lives.I believe in helping the small companies, because I think that they are offering a product that they believe in. Maybe they make money, maybe they don't. Maybe, this is not a small company. I don't know, but if they are, then i am here to support them, because this is a great product. 100% Monk Fruit, great size, and even includes a little spoon. Exactly what I wanted.

Was pleasantly surprised. In an attempt to cut out sugars as much as possible I've tried alternatives. 100% pure Stevia was nasty. Left a bad after taste.Others had mentioned no after taste with this Monk Fruit. OK, I'll give it a try. No after taste and it tastes really good. I'm kinda of like a little kid, I find myself dipping my finger in it.I Use a 1/2 teaspoon in my morning oatmeal, just the right amount of sweetness. One thing I found is it doesn't dissolve in cold liquids. I'll put a small amount of water in the microwave, dissolve it and add it to whatever I'm having. It's 100% pure monk fruit, I like that, too many food product have man made things that are bad for your health.This company and monk fruit have found a lifelong customer.

Without Erythitol it is powdery but I like that it has no additives and it is natural. Monk fruit with Erythitol looks more like white sugar and dissolves easily . This one doesn’t dissolve well in my cold tea and it clumps but I rarely drink cold tea. I will just pop it in the microwave before adding the monk fruit. I discontinued using Equal because of the aspartame and acesulfame potassium. I don’t know much about the latter but aspartame is found in Diet Coke and soft drinks , zero sugar or no calories soft drinks and I don’t like aspartame, it is hard on me. For that reason I didn’t want any Erythitol either in my sweetener . I use less than an 1/8 of a teaspoon of monk fruit and that works fine. When I first got it I used about 1/4 or more the first and it was too sweet. I will try this for a couple weeks or a month but so far so good.

It's a perfect sweetener free of other chemicals. Just a pure form of sweetener that I really love. It took me a long time to make this discovery, but I'm so glad I did. Perfect with my coffee or as the sweetener in a Cosmopolitan, instead of using the sugary stuff they mix into a cosmo!!!l Luv the product. I'm taking it on vacation with me, so I don't have to use another sweetener with chemicals in it, like fructose etc

First thing to note - Item does not look like picture. The one pictured is what the monk fruit with erythritol container looks like. The container without erythritol is about 1/4 the size and is a slight brownish color.2nd - I like this one way more than the one with erythritol. It is more potent and dissolves easier.

I have tried a few different Monk Fruit sweeteners and I like this one best. For one thing it comes in a convenient plastic container NOT one of those stupid "resealable" (they don't reseal) bags that you have to stick your hand in to get the stuff out and it gets all over your hand. The scoop is just the right amount for a double shot of coffee. The scoop is the perfect length too. It does not take very much to get the job done.

I was very excited to find this item as I'm trying to cut down on sugar. However, for me, it has a strong aftertaste of artificial sweetener even though it says it does not have artificial sweetener in it..
