This is such a strong light with multiple settings and so many filters. It's amazing for creating unique lighting effects for portraits or even just creating a strong static light. Extremely easy to use and, while it would be better if it was full RGB, the lighting options it provides are great for the price. Comes with a carry case and it's easy to shove into a pocket in your bag for a shoot. It is surprisingly heavy, but that speaks to the build quality more than anything.

Well I love it.. Yes it's not the brightest.. But it's enough for indoors that's what it's made for.. The build quality is stellar and very satisfying extremely premium for a lamp.. Like a fat light saber .. And that's what it is like a regular premium lamp you can also use for photography stuff and that has a couple of colors build in.. I wish one could focus it even a bit more but I can live with the results this can produce. So I can understand why some people want more but they fail to understand what it's made for, as a en the road solutions to spice up the background just a little.. Battery live is extremely great on that thing.

Long battery life, good brightness, functionality

The construction of this light alone should make it cost more. This is a prefect tool that all photographers should have in their arsenal. It can be used to key lighting or special effects. In a pinch it can also be used like a regular flashlight as well.

Very well constructed with only one issue. The on/off switch is not the easiest to use. You partially depress the switch and rotate the knob, and rotate it and rotate it, eventually the light comes on. As you rotate it more the light cycles through the various colors and operation modes. Once on it is very functional, although it is not an exceptional bright light.

Runs a bit hot on extended use but really creates some nice effects. Love the design and how compact it is!

These things work awesome. I work at a photo studio for a huge company, we have thousands of dollars worth of lighting equipment, and we purchased these for a very specific project. We find ourselves grabbing them and using them on the regular for lighting on small packaging and to dial in shadows. Great price for their functionality!
