So far I'm loving it it has aluminum legs and body I dont know if the leg hinges are aluminum or not but it is the best one I have found so far. The legs are long enough to support the tripod and it has the right amount of weight, and it locks at every section so it dont wable like most of them out there. And it makes good for workout if you want to use as a selfie stick but it heavy hence the workout part. But as for me the weight is what makes it perfect, and stable.

Very sturdy and easy to deploy, height is good as is the deployed foot print. Construction is solid and fit and finish are good. I bought a little fluid head seperately, which probably most photographers and videographer would want to do, so anyway not having one was really no big deal; it has the standard 1/4 x 20 and a very clever 3/8 slidaway stud.I'd buy this again in a heart beat.

Everything about this item is awesome except I have some concerns about the durability. First time I opened it the bars came apart so I’m going to exchange for a functioning one and hopefully all will be great! Pretty stoked on this product otherwise, it’s super compact compared to a small tripod stand and about the same weight.Also the quality seams good otherwise. It works if you stick your finger in and pull up the bottom section so it’s not like if it broke in the field it would be unusable and it locks through out it’s height range fine.

Very solid and compact tripod. Slips right into my backpack and I don’t even notice it. I use it for volleyball tournaments and to hold up my radar gun for measuring serve speed. Another quality Ulanzi product.

Good buy not goodbye.When I travel my tripod is always an issue. In planes...Cruise ships...it's long and obstructive. Even folded or in two parts it's literally a pain.Having a solid unit is amazing. It's strong and constructed with quality material so it won't tip over. Other variants are too weak for a DSLR. Only caveat is you need the accessory head which is sold separately. It fits nicely on the side pouch of my backpack especially when I have to stow under the seat in front. I didn't like that my tripod could potentially hurt someone beside me or walking by me. This is a perfect solution.

I just got this product today and was genuinely excited about it because the design looked promising. But the very first time I extended the telescopic tripod, it broke into three pieces. I’ve used other brands like LumeCube without any issues, but this one failed immediately. Very poor quality—I do not recommend this tripod at all.

Like the easy unlock design. Steady aluminum structure. Bit havey
