REALLY WORKS ON STINKY WATER TO KILL ALL SMELL.
We bought some land way out in the country and have well water. It stinks and I couldn't stand it so I thought we should try something like this before ripping out everything like my husband was going to do. To my surprise it worked great!! No more stinky water. I worked right away too. We just let the water run a minute or two and we had normal water that you didn't smell when you walked in the door. We have to replace the sediment filter fairly often, but we bought a bunch at one time to save money. I think once we actually move out there and are using the water all the time then we won't have to replace the sediment filter too much. No matter, it is worth it. They had much more expensive ones, but I like to try less expensive first. Why spend more when it isn't necessary.

Very Good 3-Level Filter Package
Been using this combo water filter package since 2016 for my I-Spring triple filter setup, which is installed after my whole-house macro filter rig. Works well + water pressure is not significantly affected. Once a year replacement schedule, instead of every 6 months, since I am on a public potable water system that delivers hard water. Occasionally have replaced the silicone O-rings when they stretch or kink, but that's no big deal cost-wise. Very pleased with the results of my potable water quality since using these 3 types of filters.

Money well spent
It is good quality, has fast delivery, and is very easy to install done in about 2 hours and I'm not a plumber

Standing water?
This was installed last year by my handyman. Today, a plumber came to check an issue with my toilet and I told him to check my house filters. He said, in his opinion, we are getting "standing" water from these filters. He suggested I let the water run for a few minutes, that way the water runs and I don't get "stading" water. I wonder if he is correct.

Just built a house and this system eliminated the “rotten egg” smell from our well. Couldn’t live without it!

Great product and customer support
I ordered two sets of multiple iSpring products- this 3 stage filter, a PFAS filter, and a sediment filter maybe 6 months ago for two small homes on our property. My husband installed them and we’ve been very happy with them. The water pressure seemed low at first but Julius at iSpring was very helpful and sent out two different size mesh filters to try and we’ve had no issues since. I did quite a bit of research before choosing this brand and I plan to call them first as we begin shopping for a larger whole-home filter as we finish building our dream home!

Works for me
my iSpring WCB32C-KS came professionally package, easy to remove, easy to read instruction, was easy to adjust to my basement requirements, easy to install - for that I give 5 stars. As far as operation we'll know more in a few months. As noted above, I had to adjust frame/flow to fit my basement & existing system. So the only issue I have is with the silk screened/painted "Stage #" numbering on the frame - id' rather mark my stages myself (& I'm not sanding off the ink/paint). Julius was very helpful.

Update 2.7.22 Leaks like a sieve at threaded connections
Update 2.7.22. These filter housings are the worst I have ever installed. It took 3 attempts to stop the leakage from the female threaded housing. I used triple-thick Teflon tape and T2 Dope reinforced with fibers. I wrapped the triple thick tape 7 times and then applied a thick layer of pipe dope (the best they make of both). Let it sit for a few hours (though not required) and installed the 3 filter housings. Turned on the water and dang two of them leaked (though slightly). I tightened them a quarter turn and it appeared to stop the leak. An hour later a droplet appeared on both, I turned it a 1/8th of a turn tighter., so far so good, no leaking. If it leaks again, I will take apart the two fittings, put 8-10 wraps of the TRIPLE thick Teflon, and apply the pipe dope. Take my advice and follow my instructions or buy a different filter system. (my buddy a machinist said "the manufacturer made a defective threaded housing unit"). Besides that, I have plumbed dozens of homes and commercial projects, and never have I experienced such a poor-quality product. Needs to be recalled as defective.Update 2.5.22 7.36 pm. Took apart 6 threaded connections, used plumbers dope sealant and reconnected fittings, allowed dope sealant to set up for 1.5 hours, though the sealant does not require any drying time. Dang, It LEAKED again! I am again taking it apart and am going to use both Teflon tape and the dope sealant. ISpring unit is really poorly designed at the female thread connection. The first review today was @ 5.30 pm. I read the warnings from others installing this unit and the seller's recommendations. I wrapped the threaded connections 10 times with Teflon tape (the good Teflon stuff) I Turned on the water and dang all 6 threaded connections at the ISpring filter housings leaked.
