They are not. Each pack is 3.5 servings, or 455 calories.Earns 5 stars because they taste great, have a distinct but not overpowering cranberry flavor, and come in very handy smaller packs.

Too pricey, didn't really increase milk supply
The taste is overall all good. But I don't think it actually boosted my milk supply. It's good for snack, but too pricey.

Super tasty!
First let’s start with my only complaint: the bags are not one serving so you will definitely eat more than one serving at a time. These are delicious! I don’t care if they actually give me more milk because they relax me and therefore I am better able to nurse

Weird taste
Unfortunately these didn’t work as intended. They also tasted somewhat strange. Maybe if I ate more of them I would’ve seen some benefits but I couldn’t get over the strange taste.

Crunchy, yummy margarine cookies
These cookie are pretty good! It doesn't use butter, instead uses "vegan" margarine. The first thing you'll notice about these cookies are the intense crunchy-ness and I immediate thought that it might be butter but then you can taste that it's not butter. So, that was long winded to say, you can tell its margarine! The rest is pretty simple, oats, cranberries, brown sugar what not. I love that there's nothing really extra. It's a little sweet and the cranberries are not too noticeable but add good flavor.Pros:- Resealable bags!- Comes in a six pack and super giftable to new mommies!- Super crunchyCons:- Pretty high in calories- A bit margarine heavy

Yummy cookies!!
These cookies taste like a mix of cookies. The flavor reminds me of sugar cookies sweetened with brown sugar, but with oats and cranberries. The texture reminds me of shortbread cookies. They have a good crunch to them. All of the dark spots in the cookies are cranberries, and there are enough of them to taste them. Cranberries make up 11 percent of the ingredients (stated on the package). Besides oats and cranberries, they also contain brown sugar, flax seed flour, eggs, wheat, and other good recognizable ingredients. Each bag contains 3.5 servings in them, and they have a zip lock closure. Once I started eating them I wanted more! I like these cookies a lot!

Very crunchy
These are definitely a crunchy-type cookie, so if you are a soft and moist type cookie person these are not for you. They are fresh tasting, but I could also tell they were a bit of a "healthy" cookie, maybe it's the margarine that makes them not taste homemade to me (since I always use butter in recipes that need a solid fat ingredient). The cranberry and lemon flavors together are nice, although I wouldn't have minded even more lemon. Each individual bag has several servings, so you do need to be careful of how many you eat at a sitting if you are trying to only have one serving at a time.

Tasty and crunchy small cookies
These are crunchy cookies, not soft and the cookies are about 1.75" in diameter -- perfect small size for just a bite. I have had this brand before, but not the oatmeal raisin until now, and I will say I prefer the oatmeal raisin over the other flavors! I like them! These are listed as "lactation cookies" but I see nothing in the ingredients that would be harmful or alarming to someone who is not nursing! My husband refused to eat these because he didn't want to start lactating (haha!) but once I showed him the ingredient list, he felt okay to enjoy. My package had 13 little cookies, and doing the math, each cookie has about 35 calories. Made in Turkey.
