Bought to lock a storage unit. This is a really nice, heavy, strong lock with sturdy keys. Very good quality.

Thought I was buying locks with identical keys, my error. However the locks are sturdy, do the job and have stood up to weather and daily usage so far without problems.

Had these padlocks for almost 8 years, and they've been left in the harsh British weather ever since. I just give them a spray of WD40 at the end of every summer, and it keeps them in near pristine condition!I also am a bit of a lock picking hobbyist, and I can't for the life of me tackle this lock, and while I'm sure there are ways, I'd say there are no "easy" ways, which is about as good as you're going to get at this price range and quite a fair bit above it!The locks are bump proof.I haven't tried drilling them, but the steel is super smooth and hardened so again, it's a case of it being too much trouble for them to bother with!At this price, I couldn't have hoped for anything better. You probably won't find anything better unless you pay over 3 figures, but in my case, to protect some ladders and tools in a shed, they're more than ideal.I can't help but notice that the average review for them have lowered somewhat since I got them 7-8 years ago, so I'm not sure if they've changed materials or what. But all I can do is give you my experience and show you the photos of them, 8 years on.

It is a good sized/large padlock with good weight but is not excessively heavy - feels sturdy.Very easy to open with the key and nice to have a number of spare keys too.Versatile usage due to its make, which can be used outside due to its weatherproofness. So far it has performed well in its job!After using this for around 2 months we have noticed some rust on the lock. It hasn't impacted the functioning or security but is something that was not expected.

Ideal lock for a shed or something similar. Does rust quite fast but a quick spray with WD40 and its like new again. Wouldnt use for a really secure door, but as as deterrent it is quite sufficient and looks the part. But i would imagine wouldnt take long to break it open. Overall in happy with it.

Strong and opens and closes smoothly. I love the 5 keys. We use it to lock a gate and each member of the family has their own.
