Good exercise product!
Great product, bough it in sale and been using for almost two months. Was worth the money and you can use it while watching tv and its easy to put in a bag when traveling!!! I am 5’5”.

Cord could be a little shorter
These work okay but found cords a little long for my stride. I feel like I need to do a split to be able to feel the resistance (okay it’s not that bad).But honestly I’m 5 ‘8” and I really have to lengthen my stride to get resistance.They work but would like them a little shorter so my legs get resistance close to beginning of movement instead of of very end of it.

difficult to get off tbh
Works great! I really liked the bands on this set, which is why I purchased it. I will continue to use them.There is one thing I'd fix about this set- to take these off, you need to unhook at least one side per foot AND un-velcro it. You are hooked INTO the strap. The strap goes through the hook before velcroing. Didn't realize that personally before buying; makes it kind of difficult to get out of when you're done with your workout.
