This is a good one and is contained for easy recharging
This is the one, all of our cats love it. So far no tears and we've had it for a week. We charge the ball every day and it lasts all day for play. It's bright and attracts them well. Very lightweight, and they love the crinkle noise, too.

One of the best toys ever invented
I got this for my cats for Christmas and it was a big hit. It was everyone's favorite toy. The ball lights up, makes chirping noises and moves by itself. You can let them play with it by itself or you can put it in the included mat. I prefer to use the mat so that the ball doesn't get lost under furniture or who knows where. Anyways, the mat has a Velcro enclosed hole to put the ball inside. The ball is rechargeable and the charge lasts for quite awhile. I charge it every 2 days, which is pretty good for as much as they play with it. It takes just a couple hours to get a full charge. When you turn it on, the ball runs for about 15 minutes or so and then goes to sleep. When the cats mess with it, the ball wakes up and playtime starts all over again. The mat is a really good quality. It holds up to a lot of cat claws. It also washes well. I wash it on delicate in cold water and tumble dry low. It comes out good as new. This toy is so great that I plan to buy another one.

My cat loves this toy!
I have a cat who lived as a hoarded cat for his first 3 years. During the winter, he started acting oddly and I thought he was bored since the windows were closed. I have tried many toys that stimulate hunting but he was bored with them quickly, if he didn't actually kill the toys by breaking them like he would when hunting his food.It took him a couple of minutes to understand what the new thing was and he loves it. I set it on the second power level and when he hears it moving, he goes and plays. The description is accurate in that on the medium power level, the charge lasts 1 day. It takes around 2 - 2.5 hrs to completely charge. The opening in the bag is kind of annoying to locate, so I put a line with a marker in an easy to see color. This is a great toy. I even bought a back up one for when it dies. The 2 cons I have are what brings my rating down to average. The first is it should come with 2 balls so one can be charged while the other is being played with. The second is after a week, the bias tape is coming off the edge in one area. My cat is not gentle playing with this but it shouldn't fall apart in a week. I'll sew a double stitch over the bias tape so it stays together.Update: The seller contacted me and offered a full refund due to the bias tape issue. I refused the order because it's not their fault my cat jumps from the chair, hits the target (the plastic) and gets his kill. 😀 It was nice of them to offer and shows their customer service level.

Best cat toy ever!
This is the best cat toy I've seen in a long time! All 3 of my cats (16, 8, 2) love it. I like the rechargeable feature and the different speed options. The only negative feature is the opening is virtually impossible to find! I had to color it with a red marker for future identification. Other than that, I highly recommend this toy. Well worth the money.

Super fun toy!
I was so excited to get this toy for my cat! So far she is suspicious of it but I know she loves it because if it is still for too long she comes to find me and cries until I get up to make it move again. It's has been fun to watch her learn how to interact with the ball both inside and outside of the case. So far she prefers to watch it zoom around from a few inches away but has started to try interacting with it. The ball moves very unpredictably, especially when it is out of the case, which she finds fascinating. I have not had it for long so I can't speak to the durability yet but it seems to be of great quality and most likely won't break because my cat isn't rough with it. Such a great toy to have in rotation for playtime!

Not the big hit I hoped it would be, but made well
I use battery operated toys at night to keep our 9 month old kitten occupied while we're sleeping (ha ha). This toy's pretty good. Mostly they (our other 3 cats) like to lay on it. Every once in a while the kitten Slip n Slides into it. And one night the cat got it out of the pouch?? Don't know how that happened. Seems to recharge well, though. I haven't used the furry bumper. And it's a nice-looking toy, too (I got green).

My picky cats love it and the company is super helpful!
I have 2 cats, both about 2 years old and they’re so picky about toys. Most of the toys I’ve bought for them end up in a bin never to be seen again because they’re so disinterested. As soon as I set this up for them they were both intrigued and with a little encouragement, they were actually playing with it! One of my cats is usually scared of most noises, but the chirping and rolling of the ball surprisingly didn’t bother him. The first one I got started having issues after 3 days (ball wouldn’t roll and was making a clicking noise even after troubleshooting). So I reached out to the seller and got a quick response that they were willing to send a replacement. The replacement came within 2 days and so far so good! The ball rolls much better than the original one did and my cats are once again happy campers. Totally worth the ~$23 I spent and I always love to know that a seller I’ve purchased from is willing to be helpful. I’d say it’s worth trying out if you’re looking for something to help with keeping your cats entertained and being more active throughout the day!

My cat still loves it 5 months later
I got this for my cat because he was getting bored of the toys he did have. I like that this product could be used to keep him entertained on his own when I wasn't home. The sensor technology does not work in my opinion, it just went off randomly every couple hours. Which wasn't a problem for me cause it re-sparked my cats curiosity again, but I did get a couple jump scares from it at first. The battery life lasts about 2-4 days. The sound that goes off is that of a chirping bird and it's decently loud but not obnoxiously so. My cat still enjoys it 5 months later and hopefully he still continues to enjoy it. If your cat likes to hunt I would recommend it.
