I took these after a friend recommended them to me for mineral intake
I took these after a friend recommended them to me for mineral intake. I noticed a great difference in my skin, hair and nails. they cleared up a lot within 2 weeks of using it. The price is high but if you are low on minerals then this is probably the best brand to buy from due to the pure make-up of the solution.

Healing and calming!!
