The arms can go on either side of the couch, completely reversible, and despite a mishap where I accidentlly shifted while putting in the back support, it was easy to figure out that there was a small pressure indent to push on that would allow it to release and come right back out for ease of dismantling to move.This sofa does not disappoint in terms of comfort. IT DOES TAKE A DAY OR TWO TO FLUFF UP COMPLETELY!I found it very nice that it came together in only three boxes, I thought the way they stored the cushions and pillows inside of the ottomans to be quite clever.In conclusion, the this is an outstanding choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, functional, and affordable seating solution. Super easy to assemble. LOTS of storage! Not like you could fit a body in the storage though, maybe a small child. My dogs hair does, as expected, stick to this couch, BUT it's a lot easier to remove than my last couch. I've had this couch for less than a week and the cushions are still firm, but so far it seems like they'll soften with time. I live with two tall people (6ft+) and they mentioned the seats not being deep enough for them, but the ottomans fix that pretty quick imo, and they can lock into place!Overall, 4 outta 5 stars

Easy to assemble, sturdy, the couch is VERY firm and hasn’t softened up. The cats destroyed it pretty quickly just by walking on it, it pulls up fabric strands easily.

Very please with the quality of the couch. The customer service was above and beyond, sent me a text letting me know the tracking number to all 3 packages. Easy to put together.

The media could not be loaded. When I saw this couch online it looked like it would be great for our new home. We have waited 5 months looking for the right couch; I saw this couch with the storage space and mulled over it for a few days before making the purchase. It was delivered with ease and so was the set up. However, it snags easy on ANYTHING, ANYTHING! The back leans too far back so I have it shoved against the wall plus the back is too short and I am 5’ 3”. Zero support for the back. The seat cushions are too firm in contrast with the low leaning, zero support back make this UNCOMFORTABLE. I am unhappy with the purchase. It looks terrible with all the runs and it’s uncomfortable to sit or lay on. :(

This couch is perfect! It was easy to put together, comfortable, great quality and overall great! Due to pets, I already had to wash one of the covers and it was super easy to get off and put back on. They covers are also made in a way that stuff doesn't leak through them to the cushion underneath. One of the legs came with a break in the bottom, I reached out to the company directly and they shipped a replacement immediately with no hassle! Highly recommend!
