Works OK
The product is ok, for me, the major downfall is the arm+clip used to "hold". It is useless unless you are using a test tube or something small and tall. It certainly can't be used with a beaker or anything more than about 2 inches in diameter. Granted the clip looks sturdy if what you are mixing fits into the clip space. I now need to buy something that will hold the beaker/jar on the hot plate.***UPDATE*** Seller was very responsive and has offered a partial refund to accommodate for the discrepancy in the product arm and this is satisfactory for me. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Calm product
It arrived before the date, and was packaged up well. I haven't had a chance to turn it on yet, however it looks great and I'm sure there are no issues. The reason for 4 stars is that the clamp it came with is rather small, and cannot fit the neck of a round bottom flask.Apart from this, ye might as well give it a try!

Does what I need it to do.
I was nervous about purchasing this item. When it came one of the holes on the clamp was out of spec. After a short conversation the supplier offered a discount. I use it to heat up ingredients for cosmetic products. It does what I need to do as it was bought for its heating capacity.

Does exactly what I need
By keeping an eye on the thermometer (not included) it's easy to maintain the correct temperature. Seems robust enough for my needs-mixing raw chemicals for photography
