Purchased as a gift and did not disappoint!

The media could not be loaded.  Amazing starter unit, if they had more instruction on the box about how to treat the unit and the wood would be better

The unit itself functions fine, the only issues I have are mostly cosmetic. On a flat, level surface the unit wobbles like one leg is too short. I solved that by shimming the gap. The other issue was a paint scratch behind the door that is only noticable when it is open. I emailed customer service and they wanted pictures and videos however I didn't want to do that as I wanted to start seasoning it to use right away. I'm sure they would have been helpful if I had provided what they wanted but I chalked it up to you get what you pay for with this budget electric humidor.

Nice looking unit, sleek and quiet but that’s as far as the pros goes with this product. Would NOT recommend this product to anyone. I’ve had it for a year and 8 months. It took a couple of weeks to realize the hygrometer and the unit are defective. I purchased a Bluetooth Govee and other hygrometers to place inside to get an average reading of the RH. The one that came with unit would be off from 5% to 20% throughout the year and 8 months. As of the past 2 months the humidity inside has been averaging 76-80% humidity with no boveda packs inside, no water inside, no propylene glycol. Nothing inside but cigars! This being the main reason for the product to keep humidity at a certain level and it doesn’t produce those results on any type of level. The light is useless because you can’t read the hygrometer if it was working correctly because you can’t see through the glass. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Anything is better than this.

Let just say it’s %100 reliant on the room temperature it’s never turned on to cool it down and it stays and fluctuates with the room temperature. That’s my biggest problem with this thing.
