Love these glass containers. They are a convenient size and sturdy. The covers are hand wash only and seal well. There is a silicone ring used for sealing, but love that there is no plastic. Will definitely buy more

I didn't realize the lids are not for liquids; however, that's not why I bought them. Using them for dry goods; I checked online of people purchasing and that was a negative that was pointed out. So those looking for liquid storage...this is NOT what you want to order. Lid is somewhat loose, again, I'm happy with my purchase. On the plus side, you can use the top as a makeshift cutting board. yay.

Why does it come wrapped in so much plastic??! good storage, good quality. Too much plastic packaging.

These are exactly what I wanted to replace my plastic storage containers! I love the bamboo lids, although I wash the lids by hand and put the glass in the dishwasher. So far the glass is strong and thick enough to take some jarring. I plan to replace all my plastic containers in the next little while. Very pleased with the quality and no problems with broken pieces in the mailing.

These glass storage containers are excellent, exactly as advertised. Good quality. Really like the bamboo lids..no plastic lids, very nice.

The lid will not stay on when warm/hot food is stored in it. When cold items are placed in it the lid still comes off

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose glass and the bamboo lids over the plastic. The seal is not the best. Also, the lid is thick and goes down into the food. So the glass container has less room than appears in pic. They also need to be hand washed. I do like that you can use the lids for a cutting board if need be. They will do for now.
