Perfect replacement
After several years and many uses, the lower tab that holds the nozzle against the carpet broke on the orginal nozzle. This new part is a perfect fit for model FH53000PC. It works great. Hopefully it lasts until the main unit wears out years from now.

Smartwash Replacement Nozzle
Based on some of the other reviews I wasn’t expecting it to work, but it did. My original release lever had broken so the nozzle wasn’t staying in place and lost suction power. This replacement comes with the entire nozzle ensemble, it fit and sealed perfectly. Back to carpet shampooing.

Perfect Fit!
This is a perfect fit for my Hoover. The original one that came with it broke because of my child jumping on it, but it works great, if not better than the original. It was easy to install and use. If you need a replacement or are looking for another one, this is for you.

Headache
The plastic of this part is very brittle and having trouble getting a replacement due to its fragility. It always seems to break in the same location and the last time I ordered this part it came broken due to poor packaging. I really wish I never bought the rug shampooer that requires this one poorly designed part!
