Great product easy setup

It was the easiest thing to configure. Works perfectly.

Works great with my Echo dot. Easy to set up.

I spent over 3 hours with the smart app trying to get this to connect since I have 5G and the 2.4 plug stopped working. I follow the directions with the plug and I'm glad I only bought one. Instead of a multi-pack. It will go in the bin I keep my 2.4 gigahertz in.

worked as advertised

Worked fine for about 6 weeks, then stopped turning kn and off based on my timers. I added routines through Alexa. Worked for one day and not since. It will turn on and off if I tell Alexa to do it, but not automatically at the times I set.Auto timers are a security measure. That’s why we bought the plug.Very unhappy about this.

I have tried a couple of different Remote Outlets and these are BY FAR the BEST EVER!!! Another brand I had to contort myself into various positions to scan the barcode to add it to my app and sometimes I had to do that over and over again to get them to work. These, come with a sheet of barcodes so when you plug it in, all you have to do is scan the matching barcode on the sheet and it starts to add it to the iHome app. It basically does it all from there. All you have to do is name the outlet and set any timers that you want. IT IS THAT EASY!!!!
