I ordered one of these and after a couple uses the charging ports stopped working or it was a defective device. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and helped me with my issue by sending me a whole new lunchbox.I ordered this for my husband who works as a local truck driver and I want to send him out with warm food for lunch. I’m pleased with how quickly the little thing heats up but if you overfill it it won’t heat everything so just be aware and leave plenty of room for air to circulate once it’s plugged in. My husband is a big guy and eats big meals, he didn’t think the container would be big enough but it’s more than roomy for whatever I’m putting in. I don’t really use the plastic container that came with it but it is nice to have for salads or other things where you want to separate things. The inside container comes out for cleaning so your heating element never has to come in contact with water. It also came with a mini fork and knife that are so adorable! Not very practical for a fully grown adult but that’s no big deal as I can just send regular silverware inside. I got both cords, a 12v and a wall charger. Overall it’s a pretty great little device and it gets used everyday.I do recommend ordering from Travelisimo, from my recent experience they are fair and reputable sellers. I would buy from them again.

I started a new job where I would be going back and forth between properties and wouldn't have a chef to bring me lunch. Not knowing the microwave situation I ordered this the day before I started. My chef at home has been making my lunches. This thing is AMAZING. I've only done pasta and chicken and dumplings so far. It's so easy!!! Just plug it in, pop open the steam top and when you can start to smell the food it's ready!!! It keeps it hot for a long time after unplugging too! I plug it in when I start to feel a little hungry and by the time I'm ready to eat it's ready. I get lost into my work sometimes and forget to eat. Plugging it in when I start to feel hungry and then smelling the food is a good reminder and I can do it from my desk! I probably wouldnt eat if I had to get up to microwave lunch. Plus this heats up food better than a microwave. A few people in the office have already asked about it and I've shared the link a couple of times.Only issue is the knife and fork are really small, like child size small so you will have to being your own fork. I bought the lunchbox that was recommended with it and I suggest buying that too. It holds this perfectly and I keep the cord in the front zipper compartment and snacks in it as well.Perfect for the office and would work for someone who travels for work too! I love it. It's a generous size too. My fiancé fills it about halfway and it's enough for 2 meals.It takes less than 20 minutes to heat up the food to a simmer at halfway full.

BEST PURCHASE EVER! hated my hunny ate cold food at work every day and I’ve bought so many other lunchboxes and were trash THIS IS THE PNE! Hot is steaming hot in no time he’s always sending me pics of his hot food! He uses the house plug in the car not the car ligher plug not sure if that makes a difference but is amazing!!!!!!!

I purchased this lunch dish as I am in sales and wanted to have hot, home cooked meals on the go.Upon examination of the product, the vent rubber came off in my hand. On contacting customer service, I was told that this is normal (yaay).The power cords, however, did not work properly and I had no way of testing if it was my car or not. The unit was replaced and works perfectly. This thing is great! I bought this for my boyfriend who doesn't have access to a microwave at his job. He simply plugs it in about a half hour before lunchtime, and he has a hot meal ready! It's a great alternative when you are camping or don't have heating/reheating appliances available. The container is quite big. In my opinion it could be used to heat 2 portions if it was heated for long enough.

My husband works in large equipment in all types of weather and often complained about eating cold lunches (and certain foods not tasting so great cold). I got this for him and he said it works great. Now he can heat up soup or leftovers in minutes no matter where he’s working.

Love it. Plug it in, 30 to 40 minutes later food is very hot, steaming. Mainly use it for lunch, put cold even frozen food in it in the morning, plug it in a little before lunch. Good size, holds plenty.If plugging it into vehicle, be careful of depleting battery.
