I started using 1 of each a day for a couple of weeks, then went to two of each now at three for about a week. I am so energetic after being sick for so long. I love how they make me feel. Let’s face it who gets veggies and fruits of any great quantity. Very few of us. I like meat but sometimes just eat that and maybe potatoes but very seldom fix veggies or salad with my meals. These vitamins are not only affordable but also top of the line.

The veggie taste terrible, both are large capsules and are hard for me to swallow. The price is good!

To me these are the same as the high price Balance of Natural. Some have said the Veggies have a strong odor of garlic & can't take them. The oder is very slight.

I'm not sure if fruits and vegetables and a capsule works. I do know that I have used these and will continue to do I think they are helpful. I do suggest that one look at the cost of these supplements and make an informed decision. Price was a factor for me and these are more affordable, especially if unsure of benefits.

Took the product everyday until all were used. Felt absolutely no benefit from them. Won't buy again.

I work second shift and at times get very tired. I know I don’t eat well so I thought I would try these vitamins because balance of nature is to expensive. I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now and definitely have noticed a difference in how I feel. Would definitely recommend.

Have a lot more energy since I started taking these supplements
