Very nice and meets my needs.
I wanted to replace a laptop from work upon leaving my job. This was the closest thing I could find. Bonus for me was that it was NOT touchscreen, had the numbers on the right hand side of the keypad, and had a backlit keypad.So far I have no issues at all with this laptop. I transferred everything needed from my old laptop and was able to continue working without a hitch after I turned that one in. I haven’t used it on battery a whole lot but I believe the battery life is better than my old one. The picture quality is great and it has enough RAM & GB to meet my needs. It gets a little warm after using for a while but nothing major at all and it’s very quiet (no whirring motor sounds). I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was “refurbished” but I can’t tell that it’s not brand new. But I love that I didn’t have to pay “brand new” prices! So overall, I would definitely recommend!

THE TOUCHPAD DOESN'T WORK!
I can't use this laptop because the touchpad doesn't work, the surface gets hot and the battery lasts a littleI just found that the battery is only 56 Wh, not 86Wh
