It took about two weeks before I really started taking notice of subtle changes in my daily routine. I am able to say for certain that DIM was responsible for the effects I’ve had. I have not changed any other things in my routine other than taking one pill a day. It’s been almost a month now. The two major results I can say DIM is responsible for are, increasing my daily energy level and much more importantly to me is how much it has reduced my stress levels. I love the fact the ingredients are so natural and healthy. I also love the fact this company is so transparent in everything they do. They don’t make any outrageous ridiculous health claims. They are very open about who they are, where they’re based, what specific ingredients they use, and what to expect. If you’re expecting some groundbreaking earth shattering change after taking this product, look elsewhere. I came in with very tempered expectations and wanted to see if I felt healthier using this product. I took it for 3 weeks in a row before I wrote this review, and honestly say that I feel better taking one pill regularly every morning. I’ve noticed no stomach sensitivity in case you’re wondering. Instead, on a positive note I just feel better all around since I’ve added this to my routine. I exercise daily and can say without a doubt I feel better physically and mentally.

I have been taking for just over 2 weeks and wanted to make sure I have given it enough time before posting a review. After about the first week I began noticing physical benefits that are 100% attributed to this product, namely increased libido and blood flow / circulation. The great number of ingredients in this product make the price unusually fair in comparison to other similar type products. I absolutely love this product. I hoped that it would hit me faster but after a week of using it, I am very pleased with how it has helped my adrenals and overall mood. I did not know what to expect really with this product, just that I had hoped it would be good. For the money, it is superior to other products like it. the product this company makes are always good in my experience so I guess I should not be surprised I like this one also. The quality is on point and while I do not know where they source their ingredients from, I do know at the very least that it is great stuff. I highly recommend this product and anything else this company sells.

After doing some research, I decided to include DIM with my daily intake of vitamins and minerals. I took the recommended dose daily with my breakfast for a period of 6 weeks. The capsule is standard size, tasteless and not too large to swallow. I decided to give this supplement a try as part of my strength training regimen and to clear bad estrogen from my body while allowing free testosterone to be released. During my self evaluation phase of this supplement, there were no notable changes to my health or performance. I have not experienced any increase or reduction in strength, endurance, weight, loss, or weight gain as a result. While I encourage anyone seeking seeking hormonal balance to consider DIM, I recommend asking your doctor if it is prudent for you to take this supplement. You feel the Supplement working

I got these as a trial without really knowing what it was supposed to do for me. Without any expectations, I don't think I had any placebo effect. At first I thought they bothered my stomach, but I took a break for about a week and then started up again and have been taking one daily since then without any further stomach issues. As someone in his mid-60's previously on TRT but not now, I think it has helped a little bit with slightly more energy but no jitters. I can't say for sure that it has improved prostate health over the past several weeks but it certainly hasn't hurt it. And it also may have improved things in the bedroom department somewhat. But all of this is rather subjective and I wouldn't say that I can definitely point to something that has had a marked improvement. What I am thinking will happen is that I will take these until they are gone for another month or so. Then I will see what happens when I stop them. If I feel that I lose ground in any area, I wouldn't hesitate to order them again to get back to where I am now in which case I will update this review. This may not be a glowing review, but I feel it is a fair and honest one.
