Bought this as a refurb. The blurb says about what cosmetic damage may be on the unit but the one delivered to me just looks new. With the additional promo, under £50. Delighted. Easy to put together and works as well as I expected so all good.

Flimsy.. Stopped working after about 6 uses. Water tank isn't secure it just sits loosely in a slot, when you carefully roll the steamer it dribbles water all on the floor from the sides (tank wasn't full). The hanger and clips are flimsy and only hold really light clothes. The steamer itself isn't strong, takes ages to get faint creases out, spits boiling water out at my clothes and on me a few times.For the price I was very disappointed and considering it stopped steaming after a few uses was even more disappointing.. had to get a refund.

Had one previously for approximately 9 years. Very good and handy for all steaming especially when needing a quick refresh or taking out the creases that appear even when hanging in a wardrobe!

This is my second clothes steamer from Fridja, and they are really good. The reason I had to get second one is because I didn't realise how important it is to use distilled water and my appliance became choked up with mineral deposits. I now get the distilled water from Halfords. It took a few tries to get the hang of using a steamer, but then I wouldn't go back to an ordinary iron. I can get everything done so quickly, same heat setting for everything, no scorching and no shiney patches. My second steamer was faulty on arrival, but when I contacted the customer service team at Fridja, everything was sorted out straight way, the people at this company know what Customer Service means. Can recommend the product highly.

I bought this to replace a steam generator, and it is much easier than ironing

Product seemed alright at the beginning, easy to assemble and easy to use. Not the greatest in terms of working magic on clothes, but good enough to smooth the most visible creases. Then after about 6 months it stopped working. I contacted Fridja customer service, which from the very first contact seemed to be going out of their way to tell me, in a very patronising way, how I must have used their product wrong and were not very helpful or pleasant to deal with. Luckily Amazon's customer service team was able to assist me getting the item returned with no fuss no hassle and with a much more client oriented attitude. I wouldn't recommend it, mainly because if something goes wrong with the product you won't be getting much help (or even sympathy) from the company / manufacturer.

After setting the machine up, turning it on and sitting with it for over half an hour, it gurgled, spluttered, and produced very little steam. When it did produce a small amount of steam it stopped as soon as the hose was moved. It just didn't work and so I gave up and sent it back.

Un très bon produit, silencieux. Fonctionne facilement sur tous les textiles.Seul bémol, une structure assez fragile.

No me encanta planchar y si es verdad que con esta es más rápido y cómodo . Pero para vestidos largos no es tan cómoda y le falta un poco de presión en el vapor para mi gusto ...

Hay prendas que las placha facilmente y camisas a las que no quita todas las arrugas, los materiales con los que está echa la percha son muy endebles y al subir el vapor el primer encendido muy bien, al segundo (mismo día,empezó a sonar a orcajadas y no subía bien el vapor. Por lo que decido devolverla.
