The package arrived in good condition with all the parts.I opted for the Stainless Steel version because it should be more sturdy and last longer. There were directions on assembling, but you probably won't need them.The handle came in two pieces and went together easily. There are two pins that you will push through the holes, and then use a cotter pin to keep them from coming out. In my case, they had four of the pins, and I believe these were extras. In the box were many quick-connect fittings and extra spray nozzles for the spray arms as well as a roll of Teflon tape.Be sure to use the Teflon tape on all connections, and you shouldn't have any leaks.This unit has wells that make the unit a breeze to navigate. The cleaner also has a nylon splash skirt that actually works.I hooked the cleaner up to a 4000 PSI washer, which cleaned like a dream. I have a double-car garage driveway which took me about 2 1/2 hours to clean the last time I did it, which was about three years ago. This time, however, it took a whopping 15 minutes!When I started cleaning, I could immediately see the difference. Using a 4000 PSI, I was able to clean using water only the entire driveway and entry sidewalk (approximately 30 LF) very easily. When I was done there was very little water left on my driveway which does angle towards the street, and in about 30 minutes I had what looked like an almost new driveway.When I was done, I did have two small oil stains, which I had to disconnect the cleaner, and use the power washer's wand to get clean, but not really a problem.One warning I would like to give you is that you can get the edges of your driveway, but be careful because if you get too close to the edge, you can mess up the perfect yard edging. What I did was to get close without getting the spray into the grass and then use the wand to finish the edges. This took another 15 minutes making the total cleaning time 30 minutes, but still much faster than in the past.In closing, this exceeded my expectations, was much faster than expected, and cleaned very well. I don't plan on using it commercially, so I think this should last a long time.One last thing: Be sure to clean the under carriage of the cleaner when done and spray and wipe the nozzles out, as gunk will get stuck in and around them. Doing this will help aid you in many years of great cleaning.

This Surface Cleaner is very well made. I just used it to do my 350 foot driveway and carport. It was so easy to use, my wife help me taking turns though out the job. I have used the smaller in the past, but no more. I can honestly say that you will be happy with this Surface Cleaner. I used a 2300 Greenworks Pro and it handle the job very well. My pressure is going to need to be replaced soon and I made go up one size, maybe something around the 3000 psi size of washer. But again, the 2300 psi worked great.

Pressure washing my driveway is an annual chore for me. Years ago, I bought a 2300 psi gas-powered pressure washer to use for the task. It worked well, but it cleaned only a small part of the 2500 square foot driveway. I would spend 16 hours cleaning the lengthy driveway. So I purchased this surface cleaner.The task that took 16 hours with just a pressure washer was reduced to about 3 hours with this pressure washer! Coverage was more consistent, cleaning was deeper. Working with the tool was faster.Quick to assemble, easy to use, I don't know why I did not buy one of these years ago! The only reason I did not award this device five stars is because it arrived without a hose that was critical to connecting the pressure washer to the surface cleaner. The solution to this problem, however, was simple--a quick trip to the big box store, and a few dollars spent was all it took. I was up and running! II'm thrilled with the way this surface cleaner made my driveway look. And I think I'll be using it anytime I need to clean any concrete near my home. It's a timesaver and it works really well!

Well it's hard to write a review on a product that uses water when it's below freezing now. I've got a plastic concrete cleaner that works fine other than it wants to float 3 feet off the ground. This one is heavy enough to stay on the ground.

I started my power washing business with this surface cleaner . It is amazing , easy to assemble and leaves no grime behind . Great for concrete cleaning and pavement.

The media could not be loaded. This surface cleaner is everything as advertised. I could not believe how good of a Job it done. It took me about 4 hrs to do my entire driveway and sidewalk and my driveway is about 175 feet long. It has a clip to hold the trigger for you so you don't have to pull the trigger and it is very light and easy to roll with 4 wheels. Comes with all the fittings you need . I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for one. We'll worth the money.

The whip line broke at the connection my very first time using it, literally 24 hours after receiving it. I really wanted to like this affordable surface cleaner however I had to cancel the job I was cleaning because of it, and could not locate replacement parts near me. I can not recommend this product at all, especially if you are going to need it more than once, and especially if you are going to make money from using it. Messaged seller for refund or replacement parts and have not heard back yet.
