These are the only shakes that actually keep me full in between meals. Usually, I am starving and extremely cranky because they are not working as they should. They actually kept me full and not craving other things in between meals. I am very surprised and very impressed.

I love these shakes for a quick grab and go meal! As a busy mother of two, the easier a meal the better! The chocolate flavor is my personal favorite and not chalky whatsoever. It smells and looks like a chocolate shake making you feel like you are actually having a "sweet treat" without the additional calories! With 20g of protein and 180 calories in each shake this is a great light meal to achieve your weight loss goals! Personally I have struggled to lose the baby weight since having my 2nd child and the Slim Fast brand never fails. If you want to see real results and stick to a diet plan, these shakes are perfect for you!

These have such an amazing taste. I could drink these all day long. However one is enough to do the job for what I need. Has a nice amount of protein in it. It is a little expensive, but most protein that is already mixed and ready to go will be.

I decided to try these as an alternative to Premier Protein shakes, because they were less expensive and to Atkins protein shakes, because they have more protein. I bought the caffeinated cappuccino flavor because I like that extra boost in the morning and early afternoon. Premier and Atkins had coffee versions as well which I’d ordered and enjoyed. Also, in the past I have purchased SlimFast shakes (when they came in cans) and the powdered version that you mix yourself and I have enjoyed both of those. I DO NOT enjoy these at all. They have the strangest chemical aftertaste that reminds me of liquid smoke or baked beans. Like a barbecue. So, so weird. I don’t get coffee flavor or mocha at all! I ordered two cases-one mocha and the other caramel and have drank several of each flavor trying to make my brain recognize wtf I’m tasting and to adjust my palate. I don’t know if my olfactory senses are messed up because I have a similar reaction to certain common fragrance notes that smell so rancid to me. And a lot of what you taste is based on what you smell. So maybe it is just a “me thing” but regardless, the coffee house flavors I’ve tried are terrible. And I have legitimately made an effort to acquire a taste for them.
