Dear James, Each of our capsules provides 500mg Longvida Curcumin (delivering around 115mg free-form curcumin). The patented Longvida delivery system creates a unique coating that acts to solubilise curcumin while also surrounding and protecting it from enzyme degradation. By this method, Longvida has been clinically shown to improve curcumin’s uptake by the gut significantly and to transport it directly into the lymphatic system (rather than the circulation), bypassing the liver.
