I bought this last week, arrived Friday, and fitted it on Saturday. I ordered the version with the V2 cable included as it was on offer, cheaper than the version without the added cable. I fitted the board and flashed it with Marlin 2.1.2 for the Ender3. Flashing seems to work, the firmware.bin file was renamed to .cur . The result was no screen and no usb connectivity (Octopi can't see it). Assuming it was an issue with my firmware I re-flashed the factory code directly from BTT. Same result. I've since re-fitted the Creality board and that's fine. I've a fair few printers, three have BTT boards in them - and I've not had issues before. My concern isn't the probable DOA as any manufacturer will have some, it's the lack of response from the seller/manufacturer.26/01/23 - They've responded with - "Please provide updated firmware screenshots and provide screenshots or videos that you cannot query". So they want me to re-install the board to take a photo set that proves nothing and a will cost me an hour or so in time, on top of the multiple hours wasted on a faulty product already. Not very happy

Va de lujo y muy fácil instalación en una Ender 5 plus

La placa bien,pero si quieres instalarla te tienes que buscar la vida no viene ningún información de ningún tipo.Seria de agradecer que como mínimo pusieran el conexionado y de donde descargar el firmware.Tienes que navegar por githubhasta encontrar el firmware que necesitas y la información de la placa.Cuando lo consigues la placa funciona perfectamente.
