Q: Can you use these for cars? As jack stands?

I DO NOT recommend using these for car jack stands. Get the ones specifically designed for use with cars. Car jack stands are more sturdy than these.

Q: My scissor jacks no longer bare weight, can I use these instead under my camper as main leveling jack?

Absolutely. However, a scissor jack may be used to elevate the load as well as leveling the object (camper). The RV Stack Jack will support the load, but if the load needs to be lifted and then suported, then a separate jack would probably be needed to raise the object to level first, and then raise the Stack Jack under the object as a reliable support. The Stack Jack is not really a jack in the conventional sense, but could possibly be used for slight height adjustments. I was impressed by the first set and bough another - used to support and stabilize parked trailers as well as to elevate boat trailers in storage to eliminate pressure on tires. Good for more than just RVs.
